Pepper spray is more a Davis area thing, I hear getting clubbed is the cool thing to do in Berkeley.

From what I understand, you guys already play by the tournament rules. The main things to remember are the deck size restrictions (60-90 library, 12+ crypt), the time limit (2 hours per round) and the banned cards list:
